Vitalants Colorado donation center has introduced an enhanced blood donor experience designed for individuals who may feel apprehensive about donating or who are donating for the first time. These lightweight headsets enable donors to see a virtual garden blended with real surroundings while listening to soothing music. This hand-free experience will allow donors to use their eye movements to plant seeds and watch their gardens grow, all while comfortably donating blood. Donors remain completely aware of their surroundings, allowing staff to monitor and interact with them at every step of the donation process.
