A proud moment for everyone at Thoughtworks. Wequity and Avtar have recognized Thoughtworks as one of India’s most inclusive workplaces for women in tech. This recognition reflects the everyday actions, support and commitment to creating a place where people can show up as themselves. Wequity named Thoughtworks the Most Inclusive Organization for Women in Tech in the IT Service category. Powered up and ready to go. 💪 We kicked off the day with an energizing sunrise bodyweight strength class, led by Peloton Interactive. It was an incredible way to bring the community together and start the morning with focus and momentum. Thank you to everyone who showed up early and pushed their limits, and a special shoutout to our instructor, Emma Lovewell, for leading such a powerful session. The energy was a great reminder that the discipline you bring to your workout is the same discipline needed to turn ideas into impact.

How does technology change when it’s built by many voices? We participated in the PrograMaria Summit, a space dedicated to diversity, listening and learning. It brought together women and underrepresented gender groups for powerful exchanges, new connections and shared inspiration. Thoughtworks was there to listen, collaborate and celebrate a movement we deeply believe in, one that builds technology with purpose and inclusion.
