"One of the things I love most about Nature Fridays, is that they give you the opportunity to do the things you've always been meaning to do, but never get around to. For instance: I've been wanting to take my cat canoeing for forever. Nature Fridays are a program at TNC where you can condense your work week and take off every other Friday, hopefully being able to spend time in Nature. For me, these Fridays have taken a lot different forms: hiking, backpacking, gardening, kayaking, and countless walks along the river. The way Nature Fridays have enriched my life the most though, is by giving me the opportunity to spend more time with the most important people (and cats) in my life🙂 #NatureFriday #MomentsWithManny"

Happy Fourth of July from TNC! Celebrating freedom and independence with the symbol of our strength and resilience: the bald eagle. 🦅 Bald eagles are thriving today, but in 1963, there were just 487 breeding pairs in the lower 48 states. Their comeback is one of the greatest conservation success stories, demonstrating that complex problems can be solved with dedicated action. 🦅🇺🇸
