      Our monthly Food for Thought Lunch & Learn series offers voluntary sessions focused on personal and professional development, with a variety of topics and engaging giveaways each month. This year, we expanded thought leadership to all employees through an initiative called Each One Teach One. It taps into the expertise and passions of team members across the company, empowering them to share knowledge that makes us all better. Our most recent session, “Composing Psychological Safety,” led by Senior Delivery Analyst Andrew McNair, explored why psychological safety is the foundation of high-performing teams and how it empowers people to speak up, ask questions, and learn from mistakes. We are committed to helping our employees reach their full potential by building teams where everyone feels safe to contribute. #WeAreSweetwater #FullTimeDream

Women of NAMM is dedicated to expanding female representation and leadership across our industry by providing mentorship, networking, and professional-development opportunities that help women build meaningful careers and lasting industry connections. We are especially proud to celebrate our own Jennifer Witt, Senior Marketing Manager of Institutional Sales, who attended NAMM as one of only three winners of the Women of NAMM scholarship.       In concert with MusiCares Foundation, Sweetwater presented Mindful May, an inaugural clinic providing free mental and physical wellness services to music professionals. Take a look inside this event held at the GRAMMY Museum in L.A., and learn more about the impact of our collaboration. “Mindful May is a pragmatic way of amplifying change by caring for musicians and those in the music industry — it’s an intrinsic part of our DNA at Sweetwater,” explained Jeff Ostermann, Chief People and Culture Officer at Sweetwater. “Working alongside MusiCares on this effort allows us to directly support musicians in need and collectively impact more lives.”
