Through recent site visits, interactive team meetings, and leadership recognition, we are continuing to strengthen our presence and support our people across the region. Corporate leadership recently joined local management for a comprehensive tour of a major armed account that transitioned to our portfolio last year. The team has excelled at managing this large-scale, multi-site operation, consistently exceeding expectations in their performance. Meeting with our personnel on-site provided a great opportunity to recognize their dedication to maintaining a secure and professional environment. Additionally, the Q4 Quarterly Supervisor Meeting brought together over 65 regional supervisors and five key client representatives. The session featured collaborative tabletop exercises and role-play training designed to sharpen communication skills and deepen client relationships.
