Site Supervisor Ashley Loch, in Batavia, OH, demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by assisting emergency responders during a medical emergency. Upon hearing a report of a man who had fallen and sustained head trauma, Ashley immediately communicated with the site contact and left the guard house to proceed to the scene. There, she provided support to the fire department and confirmed easy access for their vehicles. Her timely intervention ensured that emergency personnel could quickly reach the injured individual and transport them to the hospital. Danielle Nee, Site Manager in the Denver region, responded to a call from her supervisor regarding a report of broken glass at the site. Upon her arrival, members of the Denver Police Department were also there to investigate. During Danielle’s thorough search, she recovered bullets inside the building and informed the police officers. We commend Danielle for her courageous response to the incident at the site. Her ability to manage the situation calmly and effectively while maintaining a trustworthy presence is a testament to her leadership and professionalism.
