What began as a part-time role as a Call Center Representative has turned into a 20-year career for Lucia Darnell, who now serves as Senior Vice President of our call center! Lucia shares that learning multiple facets of the job was one of the best things that happened to her, and that she always took advantage of the opportunities in front of her. Over the years, she has provided training for numerous storage companies and presented for self-storage associations in multiple countries. Lucia says she’s grateful for all her experiences, because when she talks to anyone on the team, she feels she can truly assist them because she’s done it too.
