Introducing our Orthopaedics for All initiative - a global advisory board established to amplify diversity by building equity, breaking bias, and inspiring inclusion for individuals wishing to pursue a career in orthopaedic surgery. We recently partnered with @perryinitiative to host forty female high school students at Wake Forest School of Medicine to explore hands-on surgery modules and receive mentorship from women surgeons and engineers. The Perry Initiative inspires young women to be leaders in orthopaedic surgery and engineering by partnering with medical centers, universities and high schools across the US.
We’re pleased to retain our status on the FTSE4Good Index Series for 2024 🌳 The FTSE4Good Index Series measures the performance of companies’ Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) practices. It’s used to create and assess responsible investment funds and other products. Evaluations are based on areas such as Corporate Governance, Health & Safety, Anti-Corruption and Climate Change.

To open our S+N Pride Month, Keegan Hirst joined us to talk about the importance of allyship for the LGBTQI+ community.
