The Roxy Cocktail Competition with MONIN took us to London with the Roxy Final Four, all vying for a trip to Dublin! A big congratulations to our finalists: Emily from Cavern Quarter, Alicia and Jimmy from Arndale, and Dawid from Deansgate. Nate Booker from Monin led four creative rounds, concluding with the finalists showcasing their signature cocktails. These were judged by Henry and Millie from our team, alongside Alexandra Grindle account manager for Pernod Ricard. Roxy Leisure Ltd - Roxy Ball Room & Roxy Lanes partnered with Pernod Ricard & Monin to hold an internal national cocktail competition open to all Roxy staff. I was very excited to bring my creativity to work with me and create my cocktail 'Talks like an angel'. The name was inspired by Brazil by Declan McKenna (to fit with the indie vibe and one of my favourite songs), this cocktail is fresh, fruity and brings all of the summer vibes. On Monday I received a very exciting call from my manager to tell me I had made it into the final round! Unfortunately I am unable to make it to the final but I am so grateful to know that my creativity is appreciated. I wish the best of luck to the other finalists. What a great way to celebrate a year at Roxy!
