We’re excited to welcome our new college graduates (NCGs) to Renesas in India! Some of them have grown from interns to NCGs at Renesas and are eager to share their experiences. “During my internship, I was also impressed by the supportive work culture at Renesas Electronics. The managers and senior team members were always willing to lend a hand and provide guidance whenever I encountered challenges.” These new team members will be based in Bangalore, Hyderabad and Noida, contributing across various groups including High Performance Computing, Power, Analog & Connectivity, Sales, Engineering and UX. We look forward to the energy, ideas and fresh perspectives they will bring as they begin their journeys at Renesas.

Last month, we had the pleasure of hosting a group of bright students at Renesas Vietnam for a day dedicated to future female engineers. From facility tours and hands-on demos to panel talks with our women engineers and fun mini games, it was a day full of learning, curiosity and connection. We recently welcomed 228 new graduates and young professionals into the Renesas community. These new employees came together from across Japan to our Musashi site for a welcome ceremony where they got the chance to connect with their peers while learning more about Renesas. Company leaders shared warm welcome messages and expressed their hopes for the new employees' future success. In addition, employees were introduced to key company initiatives, including culture, DE&I, sustainability, and well-being, along with internal communities and employee resource groups. Yesterday marks an exciting moment for Renesas in India. We’re proud to partner with the Ministry of Electronics & Information Technology (MeitY), Government of India, under the C2SProgramme to support local startups and academic institutions in the field of VLSI and embedded semiconductor systems. Alongside this new partnership, we celebrated the expansion of our offices in Bengaluru and Noida with inauguration ceremonies held today. These actions underscore our ongoing commitment to innovation and excellence in India and our aim to drive continued growth in the region. We were honoured to have Shri Ashwini Vaishnaw, Minister for Railways, Information & Broadcasting, and Electronics & Information Technology; Malini Narayanamoorthi, India Country Head and VP; and Rea Callender, Head of Platform Adoption and Ecosystem Enablement at Altium® join us in person for the inauguration of our new offices.
