Ana Nikolovska, our Germany-based Senior Renewal Specialist, has been with RLDatix for over 6.5 years. From ensuring a smooth experience for our customers to constantly improving processes, she exhibits the Customer Focused pillar of our Core Values daily. We sat down with Ana to chat about life at RLDatix, her career journey, and what she’s been up to outside of work.
Daniel Stephens, our UK-based Senior Human Resources Advisor, has been with RLDatix for almost three years and has had a huge impact on its culture during that time. From establishing the Mental Health First Aider program in our UK offices to providing excellent day-to-day support to our teams, he embodies our Core Value pillar of Community Spirit in everything he does. We sat down with Daniel to chat about life at RLDatix, his career journey so far, and what he’s been up to outside of work.
We recently wrapped up our Global Friendly Step Challenge and are incredibly proud of everyone's participation and commitment to staying active! It has been an incredible journey of motivation, camaraderie, and wellness. We had an impressive total of 541 participants who collectively took a staggering 112,812,830 steps. To put that in other terms that's one hundred twelve million, eight hundred twelve thousand, eight hundred thirty steps! At RLDatix, we believe in the importance of wellness and well-being. This step challenge has been a testament to how staying active and engaged can bring us together, even across global distances.
