The Teddy Bear Clinic at UCSF is back—and we couldn't be happier to return! 30 Prometheans spent the day at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospitals helping little ones turn playtime into something powerful. With their new teddy bear 'patients', 256 children visited the clinic, exploring the world of medicine in a way that felt safe, fun, and full of heart. From tiny x-rays, to mini casts, and even teddy bear surgery - every station helped ease the fear and bring out the smiles. We're so grateful to be part of this special tradition!
Our Washington team took their summer event to the next level (literally) by spending the day at the iconic Seattle Space Needle! From panoramic views of the city to great conversations and lots of laughs, it was a perfect way to soak in summer together and celebrate our shared wins. Moments like these remind us that our teams aren’t just built in the day-to-day, but they’re built through experiences, connection, and a little bit of sky-high adventure!

Our Portland crew has been spending their summer teaming up with Lift UP through two Porch events supporting their mission to fight food insecurity in Portland. First, our Prometheans trekked out to Verdier Farm to pull weeds and prepare for harvest season later this year. More recently, they lent a hand at Lift Up’s warehouse—sorting and packing food boxes for those in need. Prometheans came together for our “Igniting the Fire” workshop, an interactive session hosted by our Torch recognition team, focused on building a culture of appreciation through our Torch recognition program. This workshop explored the power of meaningful, timely recognition and how it fuels connection, motivation, and performance across our teams. Attendees left inspired and equipped with tools to make recognition a habit, helping to spark positivity and reinforce the values that make Prometheus shine.
Our Portland Porch team spent the day stocking hygiene products and packing lunches for guests Rose Haven, a day shelter serving women, children, and gender nonconforming folks. We’re so grateful to Rose Haven for the amazing work they do in the Portland community—and to our Porch Prometheans for showing up with their hearts and helping hands!
Our company summer event brought together teams, families, and friends for an unforgettable experience at the San Jose Earthquakes Soccer match, complete with local food trucks, lawn games, and summer sunshine. It’s always special when we can come together outside of work to celebrate community, connection, and a little friendly competition. Huge thank you to everyone who helped bring another amazing summer event to life!
Our Asset Management team took to the trails of Portola Valley for a team-bonding hike, a perfect mix of connection and enjoying Bay Area’s natural beauty. Whether it was tackling the incline or swapping stories along the way, it was a great reminder to step outside the office. Here’s to building strong teams, one step at a time!
Big congratulations to our GetGROWers, our current Leasing & Experience Managers who have been training and preparing for the next step in their journey as future Neighborhood Directors! This talented group just celebrated their GROWduation, the culmination of a multi-session development program designed to build leadership readiness, deepen operational expertise, and equip them for the next level of impact. Throughout the program, they engaged in hands-on workshops led by our L&D Team and Subject Matter Experts. GROWduation is more than a celebration, it’s a moment to recognize the growth, dedication, and potential of these rising leaders. We’re incredibly proud of all they’ve accomplished and can’t wait to see how they continue to shape the Promethean experience in the Neighborhoods they serve.
