Eswar's story is one of determination, resilience, and the power of true inclusion. “I lost my vision at the age of three due to a medication issue. Despite severe hardships, I continued my education in my local panchayat school until class 5. For higher studies, I moved to a disability-friendly school, and eventually, I graduated with a degree in French from The English and Foreign Languages University (EFLU), which had a supportive environment for students with disabilities. During my education, I also received computer training to enhance my skills. In 2022, I was recruited to join the PhonePe CX team, this was a very happy moment for me and my family. Moving from my hometown in Andhra Pradesh to Bengaluru was a big step, but my parents were very supportive.
