This year, PHS is proud to commemorate 35 years of serving medically complex children and their families. For over three and a half decades, we've been driven by our mission to help our patients live their best life at home. From our incredible teams to the amazing families we are privileged to support, this journey has been built on trust, compassion, and partnership.
