#WomenInTech was a huge success at our New Jersey headquarters! Natalie McPoland from Messer Americas and Own's Stefana Muller engaged in a fireside chat to to discuss their inspiring career journeys and experience. The lunch event also included a collaborative breakout session, where attendees exchanged ideas and perspectives to help propel them forward. We look forward to celebrating and supporting the achievements of women in tech.
At Own Company, we are dedicated to giving back to our local communities. Team members from our Office in Hyderabad, India spent time volunteering at Ashray Akruti, a NGO that specifically works for hearing disability in children in India.

At Own Company, we are dedicated to giving back to our local communities. Through our Own Your Impact initiative, a global program dedicated to community outreach, we recently partnered with the Center for Food Action in New Jersey. Our employees came together to pack 600 snack packs for local children facing food insecurity. This effort supports CFA’s Weekend Snack Pack Program, addressing the nutritional needs of children at risk of hunger.
