I heard from a colleague who attended hashtag#AHIP last month about a woman who approached Omada’s booth, whipped out her phone and showed off her progress in the Omada app. “This is the first thing that’s really worked for me,” she said. What did we get up to? 🌈 We kicked off the month with Drag Show Bingo, hosted by Virtual Drag Shows' Schwa Works for the third year in a row! 🌈 Celebrated our pride with a karaoke hour hosted by our OUT ERG (we loved the Omada renditions of "Good Luck, Babe!" by Chappell Roan) 🌈 Held space for colleagues with a pride discussion hour for employees to have an opportunity to reflect on the importance of the month 🌈 Collaborated with the Capability ERG to host a speaker who identifies as neuroqueer to explore self-acceptance, regulation techniques, and learn more about the overlap between Autism and gender diversity 🌈 Lastly, OUT ERG sent Omada Pride swag to members!
