Making the ranking - TIME's World's Best Brands! This month TIME launched their inaugural list of the World's Best Brands in partnership with Statista, aiming to provide an unfiltered view of how customers perceive and interact with brands. A weighted overall score based on brand awareness, social buzz, likeability, usage, and loyalty was calculated for each brand in each category - and we're proud to be named one of the best Fashion Stores! Learn more about the methodology and who else made the list at the link below.
ur partnerships with organizations like Boys & Girls Clubs of America are what enable and mobilize our youth-focused opportunity program This Way ONward. Together, we're able to offer experiences that support workforce readiness and pathways to first jobs. 75% of BGCA teens have held part-time jobs in the past year, with 40% crediting their local club for finding the opportunity. And our own data shows that This Way ONward participants exhibit longer job tenures and higher engagement scores than their peers at Old Navy. Belonging – on our own terms – is key to bridging gaps. From pronouns and style choices to corporate values and community activism, showing up in the world with the power of individual authenticity creates a stronger collective. And at Gap Inc., that means inclusion for all remains central to every way we show up as a company. Old Navy's retail experience is all about bringing joy and magic to our customers each day, and our employees embody these same qualities behind the scenes. After all – what's work without some play? For Pride month this year we wanted to put the spotlight on the people that bring Old Navy to life and joined some team members for an epic photoshoot and a peek into how they celebrate (and style!) Pride – including what sparks joy and infuses everyday magic.
