A few days on from launching our Impact Report 2025, we wanted to share a few of the moments that stayed with us. Because impact isn’t just about big milestones, it’s about the real difference made along the way. In 2025, that looked like: 👶 15 children supported through fully-funded bursary places 🎓 151 apprentices building their future careers 📈 150 team members stepping into new opportunities through promotions 🌍 Establishing our first verified carbon footprint baseline ❤️ £50,000 donated to support children through our partnership with War Child These are just some of the stories behind the report and the reason we do what we do. Culture isn’t something you define once, it’s something you feel in the everyday moments. It’s in the way people step in to support each other when things get busy, the quiet pride in doing a job well, and the comfort of knowing you’re never doing it alone. Over time, those moments build something bigger. A sense of belonging that isn’t asked for, but naturally created through inclusion, kindness, and the real connections that grow between people. Together, we’re not just building a team. We’re building a community. ❤️
At N, we believe every child is on their own unique journey, full of curiosity, imagination, and the potential to go further than we can even see. 🔭 With the world evolving faster than ever, we’re on a mission to rethink early years education and nurture dreams of all sizes, from the quiet spark of an idea to the bold ambition of what comes next. 🌟 If you’re ready to take one small step into a career that truly matters and one giant leap into helping shape the next generation, this could be your moment! Launch your career with N today 🚀
Happy Easter! 🐰🌼 Wishing you a joyful and restful day, and a season of growth, renewal, and hope.
Small steps. Big impact. 🏃♀️✨ This Impact Month, one of our team members, Jenny from N Cambridge, set herself a personal challenge, completing the Cambridge Half Marathon. Not only did she cross the finish line in an incredible 2 hours and 6 minutes, but she also raised over £200 for War Child, supporting children affected by conflict. At N, impact is something our team brings to life every day, in ways that matter to them. That’s why we support our people to give back through: 🌍 Charity sponsorship opportunities - supporting the causes that matter most to them 🌍 Give as you earn initiatives - making it easy to donate through their salary 🌍 Community and fundraising activities - coming together to give back throughout the year Because when our people care, we care right alongside them. #ImpactMonthatN #LifeAtN #DoingGood
Chag Sameach to all who celebrate! ✡️ Wishing you a Passover full of hope and togetherness. ✨
