This time last week, 45 leaders from across the Group came to London for the final Female Leadership Forum of the year - and what an event to end on! ⚡️The incredible Dr Lucy Ryan led us through a workshop filled with discussions on resilience. We explored practical strategies to recharge our physical, mental, and emotional energy, maintain optimism during difficult situations, and integrate resilience into our lives. 📢 We also had the pleasure of a full panel of MONY Group plc Board and Executive members sharing experiences and answering questions alongside Dr. Lucy. 🙋♀️ Thank you Sarah Warby, Shazadi Stinton, Lis Barton, Lisa Townsend and to our compère - Emma Young. We can't wait to see what's lined up for next year!

MoneySuperMarket’s second annual MoneySuperMarket Household Money Index (HMI) is now live! It’s our most in-depth report yet and analyses 10,000 survey responses to document people’s daily spending on bills and expenses across the UK over the past 12 months. 💡The HMI reveals that the average person spent £49 per day on bills and outgoings between September 2023 and September 2024. 💰The report also shows that people had a bit more disposable income in the last quarter. Spending on 20 of the 31 bills it tracks went down (like broadband and energy) and people reported earning a bit more. Spending on things like home repairs, gym memberships and tv, music and news subscriptions went up. 📍Visit the report to see how spending on bills and expenses varies around the UK, and where your money can go furthest. Last night we had THE BEST news - our partnership with Campaign Against Living Miserably won a CIPD People Management Award in the category of Best CSR/ESG initiative! The judges said "The management of the charity partnership is embedded in the people team. This is definitely not a tick-box partnership! A worthy winner of a very competitive category." We are beyond proud to have the absolute privilege of a continued partnership with CALM and look forward to seeing what else we can accomplish as we stand together, united against suicide.
