At KnowBe4, we take fun seriously, and recently, our Knowsters based in Clearwater, Florida, spent their lunch break participating in a “Spicy Wing Challenge!” Alex, Help Desk Director and silver medalist, says, “The wings were very spicy! There was five levels total, and the first two levels were not bad. However, by the third round, we felt it. The fourth level was sweet with a surprising kick, and by the last level, I was completely numb!”

It’s Hispanic Heritage Month! All month long, we are highlighting Knowsters in our VAMOS! employee resource group. Today, we hear from Raul, Customer Success Manager. 🇨🇴 🌟 What is something you’d like to share about your culture? 🇨🇴 I'm originally from Cartagena, a city on Colombia's Caribbean coast, so our heritage is deeply rooted in a mix of native, African, and Spanish cultures. With this in mind, our people, music, and food are incredibly diverse! 🌟 How do you feel supported at KnowBe4? 🇨🇴 The training process at KnowBe4 has been a wonderful experience. My teammates are very knowledgeable, and although my position is remote, I genuinely feel like I am part of a team! I love everyone I work with. 🌟 How will you celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month? 🇨🇴 I will celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month with good food, great music, and amazing friends from a broad mix of cultural backgrounds.

Knowsters in the Netherlands and throughout the U.S. participated in this special event. Lael, Director of Global Sustainability, says, “My family celebrated by collecting 34 pounds of garbage in our local community of Pinellas County! It was a day well spent.” Great work, Knowsters!
It’s Hispanic Heritage Month! Today, we hear from Dario, Channel Account Manager LATAM. 🌟 Where is your family heritage from? 🇺🇾 I was born in Uruguay and moved to the United States when I was 13. My grandparents moved to Uruguay from Italy, and later my parents moved to Florida. 🌟 How do you feel supported at KnowBe4? 🇺🇾 I feel supported by being a part of a unique, global organization that respects and supports all cultures. I am very thankful for the opportunity to work in the LATAM market and support the region's local languages.
