Meet our intern Chandler Whitesell. Chandler started his internship learning Python, and he’s already seeing how it’s helping him with other programming languages and scripting at IG Labs. Other areas of focus now are on red teaming, network security, and wireless hacking of Bluetooth and WiFi. In fact, his goal is to build a pineapple from scratch! In addition to learning, Chandler has had the opportunity to work on some portions of the user interface for our Neural Nexus – Machine Learning as a Service (MLaaS) product.
Meet Darrien Holder, a Computer Science teacher at Glen Burnie High School and our first extern through the Fort Meade Alliance and Anne Arundel County Public Schools. Darrien has been learning Python, where he says he’s improved his skill level from basic to intermediate. He's also picking up some basic Docker skills as well as hands on experience with Raspberry Pi, Arduino Uno, RTL-SDR, and our very own M.A.C.E. kit. As he nears the halfway point in his externship at IG Labs, Darien says he’s already gained a lot of new knowledge and resources that he can’t wait to share with his students.
