International Day of Persons with Disabilities was on Sunday 3 December 2023, and to acknowledge, we created a video featuring some of our Ideagen community who have a disability and how their disabilities affect them in the workplace. It was insightful speaking to our colleagues about their experiences with a disability, and we hope this can encourage us all to be more aware of visible and invisible disabilities throughout Ideagen and to ensure that everyone is confident in who they are and supported to thrive as part of our global family.
19 August 2023 marked World Humanitarian Day, and the theme was #RealLifeHeroes. At Ideagen, we celebrate our real-life heroes that give back to communities and causes in need.
