Flynn Group leaders came together in Dallas this week for our All DO Meeting and QBR. The event brought together leaders from across the organization to share best practices, align on priorities, and explore new ways to support our teams and strengthen our business. Highlights included strategic discussions, collaboration across markets, and a showcase of Flynn-Telligence. The conversations and ideas shared throughout the week will help drive continued success as we move into the second half of the year.
The Wendy's Baltimore Northwest market recently had the honor of welcoming Greg Flynn, Founder and Chairman of Flynn Group, and Wendy's Brand President Rasheeda Clark. Their visit provided an opportunity to connect with our Area Directors and General Managers, recognize the great work happening across the market, and experience the culture and commitment that drive our teams every day. The market also recently concluded its 100 Days of Summer rallies for both Baltimore Northwest and Baltimore Northeast! It was inspiring to see Area Directors collaborate on strategic plans and equip General Managers with the tools and support needed for a successful summer. The leadership and teamwork on display reinforced the strength of our teams and our commitment to excellence. We are proud of the work happening across our Baltimore markets and look forward to the impact these teams will make throughout the 100 Days of Summer and beyond.
Meet Our Arby’s Brand President, Aaron Kirkman. Aaron has been with Flynn Group for 12 years and recently stepped into the Brand President role for Arby’s. He leads with a people-first mindset and a strong belief that performance starts with strong teams, accountability, and staying close to the business. One lesson that continues to guide Aaron is simple and sharp: “Don’t get caught reading your own headlines.” That mindset keeps him grounded and focused on what matters most, supporting the team, building relationships, and always looking for ways to improve. Aaron shared that the Flynn value that resonates most with him is Win as One. He sees that come to life every day through trust, alignment, and the shared commitment teams bring to getting results together. Thank you, Aaron, for your leadership and for the impact you continue to make across Flynn Arby’s.
During Employee Appreciation Week, Greg Flynn visited several Flynn Group Wendy’s restaurants to recognize team members for everything they do each day. Moments like this matter. Taking the time to connect directly with restaurant teams, celebrate their hard work, and show appreciation is a huge part of what makes Flynn Group special. Our people truly are the heart of the business.
Applebee’s and Panera together in Florida? Talk about a powerhouse combo! It’s always great getting to see leaders from different Flynn Group brands come together to collaborate, share ideas, and learn from each other. Events like this are such a good reminder that while each brand has its own identity and strengths, we’re all ultimately working toward the same goal - building strong teams, developing great leaders, and creating the best possible experience for our people and guests. Looking forward to seeing the continued impact these leaders make as they bring new ideas and energy back to their markets.

Meet Our Applebee’s Brand President, Dan Krebsbach. Dan has been with the Applebee’s brand for 38 years and with Flynn Group for 28 years, since the beginning. He was drawn to Applebee’s early on by its energy, teamwork, and growing momentum, and those same qualities still matter to how he leads today. Dan describes his leadership style as supportive, hands-on, and centered on serving his team. He believes strong listening is essential, and that leaders need to keep learning from the people around them. He also places real value on recognition, whether through a phone call, face-to-face appreciation, or celebrating great work in front of peers. When asked what continues to guide him, Dan shared a mindset that reflects both resilience and optimism: “There is always an answer to the problems and challenges you face. Never give up on the opportunity to make something better.” That approach shows up in the way he develops people, supports operators, and keeps teams focused on improvement.
