Fidelis Care representatives were on site for Barktoberfest in Rochester, sponsored by Lollypop Farm, the Humane Society of Greater Rochester, and hosted by the Rochester Red Wings at Innovative Field. Fidelis Care sponsored the Family Fun Zone, where kids and families enjoyed crafts, games, and hands-on learning activities throughout the day. Fidelis Care representatives attended the Carnaval de La Cultura Latina in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month! During this event, thousands of families came together to celebrate culture, community, and connection. Our team met with those in attendance, answered questions about health coverage, and shared valuable information about benefits and services.
Fidelis Care was proud to give out 100 bags of vegetables at the Schuylerville Public Library as part of our Veggies to Go initiative.
Our Unity in Brooklyn event with NYPD 79th Precinct was a huge success! 🎒 Together, we distributed over 1,000 backpacks filled with school supplies to local students. 🙌 We were also joined by 15 community vendors who provided extra supplies, raffles, and giveaways. This event was more than just back-to-school prep, it was about partnership, teamwork, and supporting the broader needs of our Brooklyn community. Thank you to everyone who came together to make it such a meaningful day!

Fidelis Care was proud to host our annual Unity in Schenectady event at State Street Presbyterian Church! We were joined by more than 23 community organizations, all working together to support individuals and families with vital local resources. What an incredible day at Unity in the Heights! The Plaza De Las Americas came alive with music, community spirit, and fun for the whole family. From live performances and a bounce house for the kids to free health screenings and refreshments, there was something for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to all those who joined us to celebrate and connect. Events like this show the true strength of our community.
Our Fidelis Care Marketing and Community Relations teams took to the streets for a Rochester Care A Van Blitz! With our Fidelis Care RVs and SUVs, representatives visited both longtime and new community partners, including Pediatric Urgent Care of Rochester, Ibero-American Action League, Inc., Baden Street Settlement, and RochesterWorks. Along the way, we shared important updates and delivered a few treats as a small token of our gratitude. We’re proud to continue building strong partnerships that help us better serve the Rochester community!
In celebration of National Health Center Week, Fidelis Care partnered with Ellis Family Health Center and Hometown Health Center to have our representatives on site in Schenectady! Throughout the week, our team was available to answer questions, provide insurance enrollment support, and connect community members with valuable resources.
