Last weekend, Fetch proudly joined the Chicago Pride Parade. From marching through the city to celebrating alongside our LGBTQIA+ employees and communities, the day was filled with energy, connection, and joy. A heartfelt thank you to our Pride+ ERG and everyone who helped make this year's participation possible. Pride is about creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and empowered to Live Proud—at work, in our communities, and beyond.

Last week, the Black Alliance Fetch Employee Resource Group hosted its 5th Annual Juneteenth celebration in our Chicago office under the theme: Reclaim. Restore. Reimagine. Together, we spent the day reflecting, connecting, and building community. Highlights included an inspiring fireside chat with educator Jonathan Wilson, a livestream of the Obama Presidential Center grand opening, and lunch from local Black-owned businesses. We also celebrated through interactive games, crafts, and a lively Double Dutch class—honoring culture, fostering connection, and embracing the joy that makes our communities stronger. hashtag#Juneteenth hashtag#FreedomDay
A campaign can drive a purchase. But can it create a lasting customer? New research from Fetch x Bain & Company found that rewards influence the behaviors that build valuable customers. ▪️ CPG rewards delivered a net return of 7.2x spending and a 20.7% sales uplift over one year. ▪️ For retailers, rewards drove an 8.4% sales lift over one year, powered by an 11% increase in shopping frequency. The Summer of Soccer is coming to North America. Fetch started the party early. ⚽🍻 Last night, hundreds of NYC brand and agency partners came out for Fetch Fest: The Beautiful Game, our soccer-themed celebration ahead of the most-watched sporting event on the planet. Themed activations, unmatched energy, and match tickets on the line – all with brands and partners at the center of joy. Sending a warm thank-you to everyone who turned out, and our sponsor brands from Unilever, for making it all possible.
It was a special day at Fetch when we recognized four outstanding team members with our Value Awards. Twice a year, we invite our entire team to nominate colleagues who have embodied our core values—Speed, Trust, Aspire, and Team—in their work to make Fetch the rewards destination for everyone. A massive congratulations to our second half of 2025 winners, Sydnee LaBuda, Siobhan Earley, Bianca Cobb, and Meghambari Khavnekar!
