Yesterday, Ebenezer proudly hosted an event with LeadingAge Minnesota at Ebenezer Ridges welcoming the Hon. Principal Secretary of Kenya Diaspora Affairs, Ms. Roseline K. Njogu along with others from the Kenya State Department for Diaspora Affairs and MN State Representative Mohamud Noor to discuss innovative solutions for Minnesota’s senior care workforce. We were honored to welcome healthcare leaders from Cassia - An Augustana | Elim Affiliation, Guardian Angels Senior Services, Benedictine, Vista Prairie Communities, Ready Care Staffing, Pearson VUE, and more at this event which highlighted the vital contributions of foreign-born professionals, particularly in aging services, and explored new partnerships to support our incredible staff.
