With increasing online trade and transport volumes, the profession of professional truck drivers is more relevant than ever. However, there is a shortage of drivers in the European Union – Germany, for example, faces a shortage of 60,000–80,000 professional drivers. A gap that’s only set to grow. DEKRA driver training in Norderstedt prepares professionals for the road. This special training is offering a mix of theory, practical lessons, and internships, it provides career changers and job seekers with the skills they need to secure a stable, well-paying job. Companies are actively recruiting from DEKRA’s training programs and starting salaries of €3,200 - €3,800 gross are becoming standard.
