It's a wrap! Today, July 4th, marks the end of Co-production Week 2025. #CoProWeek2025 We would like to thank Raf Hamaizia, Cygnet’s Expert by Experience Lead, for his valuable insights on the transformative power of co-production and lived experiences in care. Collaborating as equals builds trust, empowers individuals, and leads to better outcomes that are shaped by real needs rather than assumptions. By rebalancing power, equity in co-production ensures that marginalised groups have a say in shaping the care they receive. This approach also boosts colleague morale, promoting collaboration and pride in their work. At Cygnet, we are demonstrating the value of co-production and hope to inspire other leaders in health and social care. Co-production changes lives. This shift in perspective is profound and illuminates the path forward. Discover more about our initiatives and the impact of true collaboration. Read the full story 👇

**It’s almost a Wrap** for Cygnet’s Wellbeing Month! 🎉 Cygnet’s first-ever Wellbeing Month is drawing to a close. While many of us at Cygnet have a professional understanding of mental health conditions, May has been THE month to really understand the role we play in improving our own mental wellbeing, by supporting our colleagues, and building healthier workplaces. As we have celebrated our Wellbeing Month at Cygnet, all colleagues have been encouraged to explore the resources created and to be mindful of one another’s wellbeing. It has been amazing to see so many colleagues embracing the opportunity to improve our collective wellbeing. Colleagues have embraced the opportunity to enhance their well-being, thanks to Cygnet’s "May Moments" Calendar, which was filled with activities. 🌼 Teams shared stories about thoughtful bingo, hosting mindful breakfasts, and creating kindness boards. 💖🧘♀️ Our Multicultural, LGBTQ+, Women’s, DisABILITY, Carers, and Men’s Health Networks led additional events to ensure that Cygnet remains an inclusive and positive place to work. 🤝🌍 We also showcased Cygnet’s benefits through our Rewards package, which offers free fitness classes, mindfulness resources, and discounts to support wellbeing. 💪🧘♂️ All Cygnet colleagues are encouraged to prioritise their wellbeing not just in May, but every day, fostering long-term wellness for this month and beyond! 🌟
