On Thursday night, we celebrated something special! Our 2025 class of ColonialWebb apprentices graduated in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and sheet metal. This group is one of the largest in our program’s history, and we couldn’t be prouder of everything they’ve accomplished. Our Apprenticeship Program blends classroom learning with real jobsite experience, preparing the next generation of skilled trades professionals. These graduates have spent years learning, problem-solving, and making meaningful contributions. Congratulations to each of you! Your hard work, growth, and determination have been inspiring, and we can’t wait to see what’s next for you. Congratulations, graduates!
ColonialWebb recently participated in Camp NAWIC, a camp where girls entering 7th to 9th grades are introduced to potential careers in the construction industry. Young women are sometimes unaware of the career possibilities in the construction field, and this camp gives them hands-on experience that introduces them to the industry. ColonialWebb volunteers spent the morning of July 17th guiding the girls through various stations, where they learned a range of skills related to the HVAC industry. What a great way to empower young women! The girls worked in groups and were tasked with putting together and installing a piece of ductwork.
