Director Elizabeth Simpson praises Jessica’s commitment, saying: "Jessica knows her caseload inside and out, providing both exceptional care and thoughtful programming. She’s a true team player and a joy to work with." Jessica’s proudest moment? Stepping into direct care during the pandemic, which deepened her connection with those she serves and reinforced her love for the work. Outside the office, Jessica is a Penn State football superfan, loves beach trips, and cherishes time with her niece, Finley.
