A few years into my career, I decided that I needed more than just my design degree to continue growing professionally. I decided to pursue a Masters in Marketing. For two years, I would go to work full-time from 8-5 and head over to class from 7-10:30 p.m. I was so tired, but I was so proud of myself for not giving up. It was well worth it. – Grisell, Director, Product Management – Mexico A woman who has most impacted your career: Definitely my mother. I was born in Italy 50 years ago; many of my female friends grew up with mothers who encouraged them to be great homemakers and mothers to support a husband who would have the economic responsibility of the family. Not my mother! My mother and father wanted me to study and take a university degree to become independent and make decisions about my life.
