This week we are celebrating a very special milestone at Chapman Freeborn. Rita Darby has reached her 15th anniversary with us. Rita joined the business in 2010 as Cargo Administrator, and a few years later she became PA to the CCO. Last year she was promoted to Executive Assistant, providing her expertise and support to both Chapman Freeborn and Magma Aviation. Throughout the past decade and a half Rita has been a pivotal part of the company; she is the backbone of many of our internal events and activities, an expert problem-solver when obstacles arise, and a key reason why everything runs smoothly! CEO Eric Erbacher comments, “Rita’s commitment, positivity and tireless support have not only shaped our work environment, but have also inspired every one of us. We are delighted to congratulate Catriona Taylor's on her 20th anniversary at Chapman Freeborn! Catriona began her aviation career almost 30 years ago, and we are thrilled that she has spent so many of them with us. After joining what used to be Chapman Freeborn's Operations subsidiary, Paragon Global, in 2005, Catriona climbed to Group Passenger Operations Director and then to her current position of Group Operations & Supplier Relations Director. With her exceptional leadership skills and outstanding experience in operations management and supplier relations, Catriona is a true example to the aviation industry. Reflecting on this special occasion, Catriona said, “The best thing about working for Chapman Freeborn is the people. I’ve worked with so many different people around the world over the years, and each and every one has helped me in my career and enhanced my time here. Aviation is full of highs and lows, challenges and achievements, and throughout this it is the amazing teams across the globe that make it a pleasure to work here."
