North Ayrshire Employment Fair! Our wonderful colleague Hazel from our Talent Acquisition Team attended the North Ayrshire Employment Fair for our Saltcoats location. Hazel shared her thoughts on the day... "As always it was a great community event with a variety of different venders attending. The Employment Fair focuses on potential School leavers with a number of local Schools visiting. It was great to meet the young people of the future who are ready to start their careers and showcase what Cabot does and the opportunities we provide!"
We've just finished a brilliant day packing bags for customers at the Bluewater Shopping Centre in aid of Porchlight (charity). Our Cabot Financial team in Kent have a long association supporting a cause which is close to our hearts and local to our office. Thanks to our colleagues who've given their time today for a wonderful cause.

Our Saltcoats site has recently changed brand to support our Cabot Financial customers, following many successful years under our Wescot brand. We are really excited to tell you about several pieces of recognition for our colleagues across the UK. The nominations across a number of industry events; all of which show the dedication, skill and great outcomes our people give and create every day. Catalina Zaharia from Cabot Financial has been shortlisted for the Outstanding Leader in Operations award at Credit Strategy's Leadership Awards. This recognition at one of the industry's flagship events really shows the impact Catalina and the Team in Kings Hill are having. We are delighted that our Cabot Financial colleagues have been shortlisted in not one, but two categories at the Credit Strategy Credit Awards. Our team are in the running to be recognised for having the best Vulnerable Customer Strategy of the Year and for being the Collections & Recoveries Service Provider of the Year. These nominations are further evidence of the team's dedication to our consumers and each other. It's a real team effort and we are delighted to see the team being recognised as the committed and caring people they are. Well done and thank you to everyone across the team Wescot’s Katie Blyth was recently inducted into Hull and Humber’s Top 30 under 30, and fresh off the back of that has been shortlisted for the 2024 National Contact Centre awards.
