Juneteenth was celebrated at Brightview Senior Living communities with educational workshops, live performances of traditional African American music, arts and crafts, and storytelling sessions. These activities provided residents and associates opportunities for learning, reflection, and cultural celebration, fostering unity and a deeper understanding of Juneteenth's significance in American history. At Brightview Senior Living, we deeply appreciate Juneteenth's significance as a celebration of liberty, resilience, and the ongoing struggle for justice and equality. We pay tribute to African Americans' rich cultural legacy and contributions, recognizing the unbreakable spirit and perseverance that have molded the fabric of American history.
