In these trainings, we work on sharpening our sales tools and workshop ways we can improve our prospect experience. Our annual Bigos Leadership Conference is one of our favorite events of the year! Wednesday was the Great Bigos Get Together! Every year, we host an all-employee lunch with yummy food, games, and booths from each of our Bigos Committees. We love this event because it (literally) brings everyone together to foster the relationships that set Bigos apart. Earlier this week, we kicked off the 2024 Bigos Bus Tours with a bang! We toured five of our Minneapolis properties: Mallard Creek, The Palmer, Expo, The Whit, and Central Park West. The best part about the Bus Tours is the connections we foster. We encourage both site team members and corporate team members to attend in order to make those vital face-to-face connections with the property teams we visit. Thanks to all who attended and to our properties we visited, we can't wait for the next tour!
