To get in the spirit of Heart Health Month in February, Arbella's wellness team hosted raffle giveaways and an educational tasting of heart healthy foods. We enjoyed cauliflower arancini and learned that cauliflower is a superfood that can help prevent heart disease. Also served were dark chocolate covered oatmeal cookies. Our wellness team shared that oatmeal can lower cholesterol while dark chocolate can increase circulation to the heart. ❤️
Our Actuarial department and Diversity and Inclusion Council teamed up to bring another memorable Lunar New Year celebration to Arbella! We enjoyed a Lion Dance performance, traditional food and music, and a Chinese New Year gift. Our executives gave employees red envelopes known as hóngbāo. The act of giving them is a way to share blessings, good luck, and wishes for the new year. Happy Lunar New Year!

Our Francis X. Bellotti Wellness team hosted a lovely afternoon filled with festive treats and holiday music. We were thrilled to learn about our health and wellness offerings for the new year which include exciting workout classes, fitness challenges, and new delicious items in our cafeteria.
Each fall, the Arbella Insurance Foundation holds a drawing for the Employee Giving Program. Through this program, Arbella employees apply for their favorite charitable organization to “win” a $1,000 donation from the Arbella Insurance Foundation. Five Arbella employees' entries are selected by raffle to give the organization of their choice the opportunity to expand their reach and impact through a donation from the Arbella Foundation.

Arbella's IT and Actuarial departments, along with the Diversity and Inclusion Council, put together some lovely Diwali celebrations. Complete with stunning decorations, Indian cuisine, traditional attire, and talented henna artists, these festivities spread light and gratitude throughout the Arbella community.
Since 2008, the Arbella Insurance Foundation and Arbella Insurance Group employees have teamed up to raise funds for Dana-Farber Cancer Institute that will provide cancer screenings and education for those living in areas where medical care is not as readily available. Today, Arbella is proud to announce that Arbella Insurance Group employees have raised more than $22,500 at the 2024 annual Pink Day event, hosted every year at Arbella’s headquarters in Quincy, Massachusetts. This year’s funds were matched by the Arbella Insurance Foundation for a total donation of over $45,100.
The WEEI/NESN Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon presented by Arbella celebrated its 22nd year at Fenway Park in August of 2024! This year’s event marked the incredible milestone of over $70 million raised to help strike out cancer with the support of The Jimmy Fund community and the Boston Red Sox Nation. Over the years, Arbella employees and agents have contributed over $1.6 million to Dana-Farber as part of the Jimmy Fund Radio-Telethon.
