In April, Aramark celebrated Second Chance Month, which recognizes the individuals re-entering society, and we're proud to support these efforts year-round through our IN2WORK Program. Aramark is committed to providing second chances through training, education and employment through IN2WORK. In the last year, we have hired over 265 interns, 273 full-time employees across our businesses, and provided $100,000+ in scholarships to graduates and their families.

March is Women’s History Month in the U.S. and the U.K., and Aramark employees across the company took time to shine a light on the exceptional work women do for the company and society. A series of events and highlights designed to engage and inspire were led by Aramark’s employee resource group EMPOWER. EMPOWER works year-round to advance women leaders throughout the company while advocating for women in the workplace and beyond.
