At the beginning of May, Aledade's co-founder and President Mat Kendall delivered the final keynote at the California Medical Association's summit, where he highlighted how community health centers are implementing value-based care and improving health outcomes, with evidence rooted in California case studies. Last month, nearly 1,200 Aledaders came together in Chicago for our All Staff Retreat, celebrating 10 years of supporting primary-care physicians in value-based care. Our team was honored to learn about thinking "upstream" with author Dan Heath, hear about the real-life impact of our work from a panel of Aledade physicians from across the country, and get inspired by our origin story and core values.
