At our 𝐀𝐕𝐈-𝐒𝐏𝐋 𝐓𝐞𝐜𝐡 𝐎𝐩𝐬 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐢𝐭, teams and partners came together with infectious energy to learn, collaborate, and innovate. Through meaningful collaboration and real-world knowledge sharing, teams explored how AI can help turn insights into action and create more seamless, future-ready experiences for our customers. One thing was clear: Better outcomes start with empowered teams. And when people, ideas, and technology come together, we elevate not just the experience, but the shared experience.
At our 𝐀𝐕𝐈-𝐒𝐏𝐋 𝐌𝐢𝐜𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐚𝐧 𝐨𝐟𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐞, we hosted 𝐓𝐚𝐤𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐃𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐒𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐃𝐚𝐲, and it was easily one of our favorite days.💙 Welcoming 12 future AV trailblazers to see what their parents are really up to. They toured our office and warehouse, got hands-on with AV, explored behind the scenes, and even joined live calls with our XTG and Real-Time Design teams. And while they were learning about what we do, they were also giving back, creating Comfort Buddies for the Oakland County Foster Closet. Sometimes the smallest visitors remind us: why we do this, and who it’s really for.

Neil, who established the work experience program at AVI-SPL and expanded it into an apprenticeship program, shares how hands-on mentorship is helping bridge the AV talent gap.
