AMLI’s next Denver development is well underway. AMLI Golden Triangle is at the corner of 8th & Broadway in the heart of Denver’s walkable, iconic & historic cultural hubs, which include the Golden Triangle neighborhood & South Broadway corridor. This new community will have 372 luxury apartments with ground-floor retail, extensive amenities, and amazing views of the Colorado mountains from the 16th-floor sky lounge and roof deck. AMLI started construction in January, and resident move-ins are anticipated for Summer 2026. AMLI is proud to have local industry leaders working on the project including Swinerton Builders as the general contractor and Davis Partnership Architects, Norris Design, TRIO Design, & Martin/Martin, Inc. all working on the design aspects of this development. Kudos to the team overseeing this development, Isabelle, who heads up AMLI’s Denver development team, Amy., AMLI’s Senior Development Associate, and all those working hard on this project.

This Earth Day is a special one for AMLI. On top of being selected as an ENERGY STAR Partner of the Year for the 6th year in a row, we recently completed our 5th Sustainable Living Index. Every two years we survey our residents to understand what sustainability issues are most important to them. Of the ~2,600 surveyed, 85.8% of residents were concerned about climate change and 78.9% felt a sustainably built apartment benefits their health. For sustainable building features, here's what residents valued the most: 💨 92.6%: Fresh-air initiatives like air filters and kitchen ventilation 💰 87.31%: Financial savings from energy-efficient features ♻️ 82.97%: Recycling, composting, and other waste diversion 🚭 80.93%: Smoke-free community 🚌 77.67%: Green transit 🏗️ 73.3%: Healthy building materials Read more about our survey results below!
