After a few brief emails back and forth I talked to the COO Alex Poon on the phone. We had a quick conversation and scheduled a skype coding interview for a couple of days later. I skyped with a member of the team who was very polite. Shortly after the interview I received an email and we setup an in person interview. The in person interview was 1-2 hours long and involved a quick chat with the COO followed by technical interviews with the CTO and a member of the team I was interviewing for.
