Went through 4 interview stages
1st - HR
2nd - Chief Product Officer
3rd - Product Team
4th - Engineering managers
Was also sent a reference request and submitted that.
After a few days, no feedback was given, reached out and was told they had offered someone locally the role - this decision was clearly not based on merit.
Going through 4 stages when you have someone you'll prefer for the role is very time-wasting. Wouldn't recommend.

Human requirement process, really polite people. First interview with hiring manager, a senior one, than the direct session with the eventual feature manager, last session for feedback with the hiring manager

There were about 4 rounds with various leaders. Questions on motivation, what we can do in their company, career interests etc. The recruiters were friendly and updated along the way.
