I applied online in a recruitment agency and I got a first contact. Then I got a remote talk with the HR manager in the company which sent me a test to prepare during a weekend. After sending the test, they reviewed it during a week and finally contacted me for a personal interview with the HR manager, the team manager and the CTO.

Tipicas entrevistas culturales y con el equipo. Primero hubo una entrevista en remoto por video. Te mandan una prueba tecnica para hacer en casa. Haces una última entrevista con un miembro del equipo y tú futuro manager.

There were three steps. In the first, I exposed my curriculum and capabilities and I was explained about the company. The second step consisted in making a technical task. The last step was a technical interview.
