The interview process went okay, however, the CEO was demeaning and rude. VisionFriendly.com wanted to use an "Unpaid Internship/Trial Period" with no pay to test me out in the position, and I was told I would be potentially salaried once I started making profit for the company. This is illegal under current labor laws and I declined the offer that was made to me. No paperwork was going to be filed either, making the entire experience both fishy and unethical.
