It was a fairly standard process, very organized. Initial call with recruiting followed by calls with co-founders and hire manager. Last step was a presentation for the entire leadership team + hiring manager. Overall, it was challenging but extremely fair. Every interview had a clear purpose. I left the process feeling well informed on the organizations culture, product suite, and the roles expectations.
