It started with a screening call then I've been assigned a coding challenge to do that took me a few days. I've been told it was well done so the next stage was a tech discussion about the coding challenge. Then they had to switch the code review stage with another interview with designer and artists. Then they disappeared and even the recruiter didn't know what to say. Then it seemed that the position wasn't anymore the one I was interviewing for at the beginning. Then they set up the final tech interview. Then they disappeared and I discovered from the recruited they had to move the last stage with just one day notice. Then more waiting and eventually the recruited apologized with me saying that it looks they are going on with someone else but even the recruiter seemed to have really understood what happened. A great waste of time and terribile communication.
