The interview process was very smooth and pleasant. I was first shown around the location where I will be working, which helped me get a feel for the environment. Afterwards, I had a formal interview with the General Manager. The conversation was professional but also relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience really positive.

Tell me an story where you showed great customer service
I had a very pleasant interview experience with Alexa and Joanna via Microsoft Teams. They began by providing great insight into Urbanbubble’s history, culture, and values, which I found fascinating and made me even more eager to join the team. The rest of the interview focused on my work experience and how I handled various scenarios. The 55-minute interview flew by, thanks to Alexa and Joanna’s friendly and engaging approach. I truly enjoyed the experience!

Entretien
It was a three step process:
-Initial phone call with the recruitment team to learn more about yourself and the job.
- Online Teams interview with management
- In-person interview
Absolutely everyone I have met within the company so far has been so helpful and nice and have made the recruitment process smooth whilst making me feel welcomed.
