The interview process was very smooth and pleasant. I was first shown around the location where I will be working, which helped me get a feel for the environment. Afterwards, I had a formal interview with the General Manager. The conversation was professional but also relaxed and welcoming, which made the whole experience really positive.

The rest of the interview focused on my work experience and how I handled various scenarios. The 55-minute interview flew by, thanks to Alexa and Joanna’s friendly and engaging approach.
