      Phone screen. Asked a medium leetcode graph question. Questions about my resume and projects. Interview went good, recruiter was very responsive and asked a lot of questions. Just my experience though.

      J'ai postulé via un recruteur. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez uberall (Berlin) en sept. 2022

      Entretien

      First recruiter got in touch with me and scheduled a call. After that she told me that the techical interview is something more like a take-home project in which I should build an API using tools from their tech stack (easy). Finally after turning in my project which was doing the task they asked and got through a successful code review, recruiter ghosted me for nearly 2 weeks. After sending her 3 emails asking for feedback, she replied and told me that they didnt have the budget to proceed to a new hire that's why they are going to close this job posting. All in all waste of my time cause the whole interview process was going slow even before ghosting.

And it seems we definitely failed to meet our own standards here according to your experience. Especially when talking about giving timely feedback and valuing all the time and effort you have put into the process. We would like to apologize for that and we think, that we can agree that not every process is perfect but in your case, a couple of things seem to pile up and we would like to encourage you to reach out to either your direct Talent Acquisition Partner or to recruiting@uberall.com to elaborate a little more in detail what happened and to help us to enhance the process in the future, as this is nothing we can be proud of. The only thing we would like to mention additionally is, that due to the budget change, it was definitely fairer, to address it as soon as possible, instead of making an offer or letting you sign a contract which could have caused some implications later. Do you agree with this? But we agree on the other side, that it must have been disappointing in the end, not only for you.
