Entretien
A very weird hiring process. I applied through recruiter for a position of senior software engineer, and got a case-study task via email in 1 week. My solution was accepted, and after that i had a Skype technical interview with team lead, which i passed successfully too. Then, after 2 weeks, i had a Skype interview with HR, who told me, that the next step will be face-to-face in Dusseldorf. Another 2 weeks left, and surprisingly i got an invitation for another Skype interview, with another technical lead, and in 3 days i've got an email, stating that my application was declined.
So, as a summary - if i knew how long and weird the process is - i wouldn't apply. The 2nd technical interview questions was really weird, and the overall process was very slow.

2. Coding challenge (code review in my case)

Question 1
Multithreading, hash functions, reactive programming, data structures
They send a sample project case study before any other interview and did not properly reviewed it since there were too much applicant. It would have been better to eliminate some applicants before wasting time of many applicants.
