The initial interview with the hiring manager went well and seemed like a standard one, discussing company structure, teams, design skill set, etc. It seemed like they were keen on me and were aware that I had another job offer, so they asked me to delay my decision for the other job by a week so they could discuss with the directors and get a second interview. Disappointingly, never got back to me.
